Refund and Returns Policy

Bridal Chura reserves the sole right to accept or deny Exchange and will act reasonably in the common interest of the consumer. Purchases are only retractable in exceptional circumstances as following:

  1. Bridal Chura will only allow exchange of the product with another product of same amount or will provide a discount coupon of same amount for future shopping.
  2. The Exchange needs to be reported within 48 hours after the delivery of your package.
  3. All Exchange must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  4. Bridal Chura will process your Exchange which can take 5-15 working days.

DAMAGE

Though we craft highly durable products and make them reach you in a very safe packaging but still due to uncertainties there are can be chances of some damage once in a blue moon during shipment of your order.

In such case of damage, kindly report the problem within 48 hours after receiving your order. After processing your issue, our officials will revert you with how you can send back the damaged product.

If we do have another piece in same design and colour available, we’ll ship it for you. If not, you will be given an option to either choose something else within the same price range, or we can send a shopping coupon of that price for your future shopping.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

The Return Shipping Cost will be carried out by Bridal Chura.

Exchange POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS

As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet for international orders, any Exchange from Overseas (outside India) are to be taken care by the customer only. You can courier it to our address (see contact us section).

Whereas, the cost of sending you the exchanged product back again will be taken care by customer.

S.D. Traders believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.  However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1-2 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1-2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the S.D. Traders, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
